Nano Porous Material
Nano Porous Material is a multi-holed materials with infinite micro holes.
This development is joint research with Tohoku University using "molten metal dealloying method" on Nano Porous Material.
The molten metal dealloying method is to liquate certain elements from multi-component alloys into molten metal, to create the target porous material. The characteristic feature lying in this manufacture method is that is has continuous micro holes from the surface to the interior of the material, an ""open porous structure
By immersing a C-Mn alloy in molten Bi, Mn is liquefied in the molten Bi, forming a porous C structure.
