- Periodic internal training is carried out in line with the Environmental Management System.
- Each workplace carries out environmental predictive training using a familiar environmental concern as a topic
Education
Once per year, we conduct internal training covering all environmental work, such as to obtain knowledge needed to operate the Environmental Management System (EMS), targeting new employees and new managers.
Additionally, e-learning courses on environmental laws and regulations are provided for managerial staff and above.
Environmental Predictive Training

In this activity, each individual predicts an environmental concern, and tries to resolve the concern through the group.
