Effort Status
- We hold an environmental information exchange meeting with the region/authorities.
- As part of our environmental protection efforts, we conduct cleanups around our plants and at Lake Suwa, contributing to biodiversity conservation.
Communication with the Region/Authorities
At the Nagano business location, every May we ask the regional community and authorities' environmental staff to gather, and we hold an environmental activity reporting meeting (presentation to residents), which covers our company's environmental status report.
These meetings have been held continuously since 2006, and we want to deepen our communication in the future.
Environmental Protection Activity
At the Nagano business location, we participate in the Lake Suwa Adapt Program, carrying out regular cleaning around the lake and weeding of foreign plant species, etc., working toward protecting the natural environment.
The Lake Suwa Adapt Program activities have a long history of over 15 years, being carried out every May and October, and every time around 50 people participate from across all ranks and positions.
